✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives with one of the following issues, you may qualify for a replacement or refund:

• ✅ Incorrect size shipped (different from your order)
• ✅ Manufacturing defect

• ✅ Item damaged during production
• ✅ Item damaged during shipping (reported promptly)

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

Since every ShirtSnaps product is custom-made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• ❌ Minor color differences caused by screen settings.
• ❌ Orders where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled because each item is printed specifically for you.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and your package has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.
